Food Policy
To ensure your cat’s digestive health, we kindly ask that the owner bring their own cat food, as sudden changes in diet can lead to digestive issues. Based on the estimated stay period, we encourage you to bring enough food. If the food runs out, we will do our best to provide the same brand, depending on availability. Alternatively, we offer our own kibble for $5 per day per cat.
To ensure a smooth transition, we apply a gradual food transition method, which follows these guidelines:

Days 1-2: 75% of the cat’s current food and 25% of our kibble

Days 3-4: 50% of the cat’s current food and 50% of our kibble

Days 5-7: 75% of our kibble and 25% of the cat’s current food

Days 8-10: 100% of our kibble
This method, known as gradual dietary transition or stepwise diet transition, ensures that the cat’s digestive system adjusts smoothly to the new food.

No Abandonment Policy
Cats must be picked up by the agreed check-out date.
If a cat is left without communication or pickup for more than 7 days beyond the agreed check-out date, Catacure Cat Hotel reserves the right to seek alternative arrangements, including surrendering the cat to relevant authorities. Additional fees will apply for the extended stay.
