From your first visit to your kitten’s first weeks at home — here is every step, and everything that comes with your kitten.
Before
Find the right kitten for your home.
Choose your breed
Read about our breeds — Minuet, Abyssinian, Russian Blue, Ragdoll — and see who is available now.
Join the waitlist
Waiting for a particular breed or the next litter? Join the waitlist and we will tell you first. Kittens are offered in deposit order — first deposit, first pick.
Prepare your home
Check that windows and balconies are secured (mesh or grilles), and set up a quiet space with a litter box, food, water and a scratcher. First-time owners: complete the free AVS Pet Ownership Course before collection.
Viewing & reserving
Meet the kittens, then reserve yours.
Book a private viewing
A one-hour private kitten play session at our cattery, 582 Geylang Rd. Book a viewing or WhatsApp us.
Reserve with a deposit
Pay a non-refundable deposit of S$1,000 to reserve your kitten. It is deducted from the kitten’s price.
Sign the sales contract online
We send you the sales contract to read and sign online. It sets out the price, what is included, our health guarantees and how to care for your kitten.
Collection & after
Taking your kitten home.
Collection day
We let you know when your kitten is ready, after its final vaccination. Please collect within three weeks of that date. The balance is paid on or before collection.
Cat licence
We transfer the AVS cat licence to you on collection day — please bring your full NRIC/FIN number and residential address.
Pet insurance
We apply for pet insurance for your kitten on collection day: Tiq Pet Insurance – Pawmazing Plan, about SGD 330 for the first year, premium payable by Customer. Renewal after the first year is up to you.
Vet check within 72 hours
Take your kitten to a licensed vet for a general health check within 72 hours of collection. If the vet finds it was unhealthy at collection, we replace it with a kitten of equal quality.
Health guarantee
At collection your kitten is healthy and FeLV/FIV negative. Each breed also has a 1-year guarantee against its life-threatening genetic conditions.
Sterilisation
If your kitten is not yet sterilised, sterilise it at your preferred vet once it is old enough, send us the certificate and we reimburse you.
Lifetime support
We support you for your kitten’s whole life — and if you are ever unable to keep your cat, please come back to us first.
What’s included
Vaccinations
Age-appropriate vaccinations (Panleukopenia, Rhinotracheitis, Calicivirus and Chlamydia Psittaci), completed before collection.
Deworming
Internal and external deworming before your kitten goes home.
Microchip
Your kitten is microchipped — needed for the AVS cat licence.
TICA pedigree certificate
Official TICA registration papers for your kitten.
Genetic test results
Genetic test results of the kitten and/or its parents — Minuet: genetically tested · Abyssinian: PRA (rdAc) & PKD tested · Russian Blue: genetically tested · Ragdoll: HCM & PKD tested.
Health booklet
Vaccination and deworming records in one booklet.
New Home Starter Kit
Including 1 pack of Farmina N&D Kitten Grain-Free (Chicken & Pomegranate) 1.5kg; 1 pack of Nutripe Freeze-Dried Food (New Zealand Grass-Fed Beef & Chicken); 3 cans of Leonardo wet food; 3 cans of Nutripe wet food; 1 nail trimmer; 1 litter box; 1 pack of cat litter; 1 cat toy; 1 additional internal and external deworming treatment; 1 complimentary grooming session (subject to the kitten/cat's condition); 1 cat carrier.
Cat licence help
We help you transfer the AVS cat licence on collection day.
Sterilisation
If your kitten is not yet sterilised, we reimburse S$220 (male) or S$380 (female) once you send us the certificate.
3 months of support
Advice, support and a supply of essential medicines during the first 3 months after collection.
Pet insurance set up for you
We apply for pet insurance on collection day — Tiq Pet Insurance – Pawmazing Plan, about SGD 330 for the first year, premium payable by Customer.
Not included: vet costs after collection (except under our guarantees), the pet insurance premium, food and supplies beyond the starter kit, and transport. The full terms are in the sales contract you sign before collection.
