1. Personal data we collect

• Enquiries, private viewings and the kitten waitlist — your name, phone / WhatsApp number, email address and the details you write in your message.
• Shop account and orders — your name, email address, phone number, delivery address, order details and the payment screenshot you upload.
• Kitten sales contracts — your name, contact details and address. We keep only the last four characters of your NRIC/FIN on the contract. Your full NRIC/FIN is needed on collection day only to transfer the AVS cat licence, as required by AVS.
• Newsletter — your email address, if you subscribe.
• Cat hotel bookings — made on our separate booking site (book.catacuresg.com), which collects the details needed for your cat’s stay.
• Website use — anonymous statistics (see section 6).

2. How we use your personal data

• To reply to your enquiries and arrange private viewings.
• To reserve, sell and hand over kittens, prepare and keep sales contracts, and provide after-sales support.
• To process, deliver and support your shop orders, and to run our membership points.
• To manage cat hotel stays and keep you updated about your cat.
• To send you our newsletter, only if you have subscribed.
• To meet our legal and regulatory obligations, for example AVS licensing and record keeping.

3. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only when needed for the purposes above:

• The Animal & Veterinary Service (AVS), to transfer your cat licence.
• Pet insurers, when we apply for your kitten’s pet insurance on collection day.
• Delivery partners, for shop orders you ask us to deliver.
• Service providers who run our website, email and booking systems for us, under confidentiality obligations.
• Authorities, where the law requires it.

4. How long we keep it

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for, or as required by law (for example, sales and accounting records). After that, we delete it or make it anonymous.

5. How we protect it

We take reasonable security measures to protect your personal data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), password-protected and access-restricted systems, and storing only what we need.

6. Cookies and website statistics

• Essential cookies keep your shopping cart and account login working.
• An anonymous statistics cookie holds only a random number. It lets us count visits and see whether a browser returns on another day. It contains no name or contact details, is not linked to you, and is not shared with advertisers. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
• Some pages use Google Fonts and an embedded Google Map, which are loaded from Google.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the shop and login may not work without essential cookies.

7. Your choices and rights

• You may ask to access or correct the personal data we hold about you.
• You may withdraw your consent at any time. Some services (for example a kitten purchase) may then not be possible.
• You can unsubscribe from our newsletter with the link in every newsletter email.
